 We identify professionals in the catering, hotel, pastry and ice cream industries, processors, enthusiasts, gourmets, importers and exporters who particularly distinguish themselves in the valorisation and processing of products with a designation of origin and geographical indication, as well as products protected by Slow Food Presidia, preferring these products to generic ones without the protection of consortia and related regulations, nominating them as DOP AMBASSADORS with the delivery of a plaque and advertising their work in the mass media and social media.
